Edavilangu Grama Panchayat is the first government office in Thrissur district to achieve ISO 2009, the international standard for service delivery systems for offices.
The policy of the Panchayat is to become a people-friendly office by implementing a complete quality management system at the Edavilanga Grama Panchayat Office, ensuring the best services to the public, development projects and the all-round progress of the Panchayat, and by regularly reviewing the quality objectives.
